    The EU Clinical Trials Register currently displays   43871   clinical trials with a EudraCT protocol, of which   7290   are clinical trials conducted with subjects less than 18 years old.   The register also displays information on   18700   older paediatric trials (in scope of Article 45 of the Paediatric Regulation (EC) No 1901/2006).

    Phase 1 trials conducted solely on adults and that are not part of an agreed paediatric investigation plan (PIP) are not publicly available (see Frequently Asked Questions ).

    • Diagnosticeret CNDI (inklusiv genetisk analyse af AVPR2 genet).
    •Normal glomerulær funktion (baseret på 24-timers kreatinin-clearance eller kreatinin-clearance (Schwartz formel)).
    • Ingen tegn på obstruktive urinveje (udtalt hydronefrose på ultralyd).
    • Residual urinvolumen < 150 ml (målt ved ultralyd af blæren).
    • Ingen andre ledsagende sygdomme.
    • Skriftlig (fra forældremyndighedshavere ved børn, <15 år) informeret samtykke.

    • Hæmaturi, bakteriuri, pyuri, proteinuri, glucosuri eller ketosuri som er klinisk signifikant ifølge investigator (andre sygdomme).
    • Unormalt niveau af serum/plasma kalium og/eller serum/plasma kreatinin og/eller plasma ioniseret calcium der er klinisk signifikant ifølge investigator (sikkerhed).
    • Vedvarende residualurin >200 ml, målt med blærescanner (usikkerhed i målingerne).
    • Behandling inden for 30 dage før undersøgelsens start med lægemidler, der vides eller mistænkes for at interagere med medicinen der gives under studiet.* (sikkerhed).
    • Hypertension (sikkerhed).
    • Mistanke om eller tegn på klinisk relevant hjertesvigt (sikkerhed).
    • Klinisk signifikant nyrelidelse (serum/plasma kreatinin >170μmol/l) eller leverlidelse (abnorme blodprøver (ALAT, LDH, basiske fosfataser) (sikkerhed).
    • Kendt alkohol- eller stofmisbrug (sikkerhed).
    • Andre forsøgsmedikamenter taget inden for de sidste 30 dage (metodologisk).

    • Kronisk hypokalemia, brug af lithium, hypercalkæmi (andre årsager af NDI).
    • Serum natrium koncentration > 155 mEq/L eller < 130 mEq/L (sikkerhed).
    • Ude af stand til at give informeret samtykke (etiske aspekter).
    * interaktioner

    • Sildenafil: Samtidig behandling med nitrater kan resultere i voldsom hypotension. Erythromycin hæmmer metabolismen af sildenafil pga. inhibition af CYP3A4. Påvirkninger må være forventet fra andre medikamenter, hvis metabolisme er afhængig af CYP3A4, pga. HIV-protease hæmmere og ketoconazol.
    • Calcitonin: Ingen interaktioner med andre stoffer er beskrevet.
    • HCTZ+spironolacton: Samtidig behandling med cholestyramin/colestipol forøger absorptionen af HCTZ. Effekterne af glycosider og ikke-depolariserende neuromuskulærer blokkere kan blive svækket af HCTZ pga. større renale tab af kalium og magnesium. Risikoen for hypokalemia bliver forøget af glucocorticoider. Effekten af peroral hypoglykæmiske stoffer (fx. sulfonylurea) bliver reduceret af HCTZ. Effekten af methoxsalen bliver forøget af HCTZ.
    • Indomethacin: Aspirin nedsætter og probenicid øger plasma koncentrationen af indomethacin. Indomethacin kan forandre serum-niveauerne af digoxin.
    • Omeprazol Absorptionen af visse lægemidler kan blive ændret på grund af den nedsatte surhedsgrad i ventriklen. F.eks. kan det, i lighed med det, der sker under behandling med andre syrese¬kretions¬hæmmere eller antacida, forudsiges, at absorption af ketoconazol og itraconazol vil falde under omeprazolbehandling. Ligeledes nedsættes absorptionen af tolbutamid ved samtidig indgift af omeprazol. Den øgede pH i ventriklen medfører øget plasmakoncentration af digoxin ved samtidig indgift af omeprazol og digoxin. Da omeprazol metaboliseres i leveren gennem cytokrom P 450 2C19 (CYP2C19), kan det forlænge eliminationen af diazepam (og andre benzodiazepiner som triazolam eller flurazepam) warfarin (R-warfarin) og phenytoin. Omeprazol kan hæmme den hepatiske metabolisme af disulfiram. Plasmakoncentrationen af både omeprazol og clarithromycin samt andre makrolider øges ved samtidig indgift. Omeprazol kan nedsætte den orale absorption af vitamin B12.
