Evaluar en los dos grupos aleatorizados (IVRd y VRd): - La tasa de muy buena respuesta parcial (MBRP) o mejor, según se define en los criterios del (InternationalMyelomaWorkingGroup, IMWG),la tasa de respuesta completa(RC), según IMWG, a tasa de negatividad de enfermedad mínima residual(EMR) en los pacientes con RC o MBRP, tiempo hasta la progresión(THP),la SSP con EMR negativa, la SSP en la siguiente línea de tratamiento SSP2,la supervivencia general(SG), la tasa de respuesta global(TRG),según IMWG,la duración de la respuesta (DR),la seguridad y la calidad de vida relacionada con la salud(CVRS)específica para la enfermedad y general,síntomas asociados a la enfermedad y al tratamiento,la utilidad del estado de salud y el estado de salud. - Determinar el perfil farmacocinético(FC) de isatuximab en combinación con bortezomib, lenalidomida y dexametasona (solo en el grupo IVRd). - Evaluar la inmunogenicidad de isatuximab en los pacientes que reciban isatuximab (grupos IVRd y cruzado). |
