Clinical trials

The European Union Clinical Trials Register   allows you to search for protocol and results information on:
  • interventional clinical trials that were approved in the European Union (EU)/European Economic Area (EEA) under the Clinical Trials Directive 2001/20/EC
  • clinical trials conducted outside the EU/EEA that are linked to European paediatric-medicine development

  • EU/EEA interventional clinical trials approved under or transitioned to the Clinical Trial Regulation 536/2014 are publicly accessible through the
    Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS).

The EU Clinical Trials Register currently displays   43871   clinical trials with a EudraCT protocol, of which   7290   are clinical trials conducted with subjects less than 18 years old.   The register also displays information on   18700   older paediatric trials (in scope of Article 45 of the Paediatric Regulation (EC) No 1901/2006).

Phase 1 trials conducted solely on adults and that are not part of an agreed paediatric investigation plan (PIP) are not publicly available (see Frequently Asked Questions ).

Examples: Cancer AND drug name. Pneumonia AND sponsor name.

    E.2 Objective of the trial
    E.2.1Main objective of the trial
To compare objective response rate (ORR) of BMS-986213 in
combination with chemotherapy, with ORR of nivolumab in combination
with chemotherapy, by BICR, in randomized participants with untreated,
locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic LAG-3 positive GC or GEJ
    adenocarcinoma.
    E.2.2Secondary objectives of the trial
To assess overall safety&tolerability of BMS-986213+chemo vs.
nivo+chemo in treated participants with advanced or metastatic GC or
    GEJ cancer
-To compare ORR of BMS-986213+chemo, with ORR of nivo+chemo in
    participants with
    (i) untreated, locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic LAG-3 pos
    GC or GEJ adenocarcinoma,
    (i) advanced or metastatic LAG-3 neg GC or GEJ adenocarcinoma, and
    overall (Lag-3 pos and neg)

-In participants with untreated, locally advanced, unresectable or
metastatic GC or GEJ adenocarcinoma a) in the LAG-3 pos, b) in the neg
groups and c) overall to assess
    (i) the difference in the OS of BMS-986213+chemo and OS of
    Nivo+chemo,
    (i) the difference in the PFS of BMS-986213+chemo and PFS of
