1. Signed and dated Institutional Review Board/Independent Ethics Committee-approved informed consent form prior to study-specific screening procedures. 2. Female patients aged >=18 years old at time of consent. 3. Confirmed histologic diagnosis of high-grade (Grade 3) serous, epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube carcinoma (highgrade endometroid or carcinosarcoma with >=30% endometroid epithelial tumor component are eligible). 4. Patients must have platinum-resistant disease (defined as RECIST v1.1 defined progression <6 months from completion of a platinumcontaining therapy). 5. Must consent to provide archival tumor-tissue block or slides. Patients may consent to an optional tumor biopsy if archival tumor is unavailable. 6. Has a life expectancy of >=3 months. 7. At least one lesion that meets the definition of measurable disease by RECIST v.1.1 (previously irradiated lesions not allowed as measurable disease unless there is documented evidence of progression in the lesions). 8. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0 or 1. 9. Able to comply with protocol requirements. 10. Able to swallow and retain oral medication and does not have uncontrolled emesis. 11. Received at least 1 but <=3 lines of prior systemic anticancer therapy. At least 1 prior line of platinum therapy is required and prior treatment with bevacizumab is required. 12. Has adequate organ function meeting the protocol-defined laboratory-test criteria. 13. Negative pregnancy test for patients of childbearing potential. Patients of childbearing potential must agree to use highly effective contraceptive method(s); hormonal contraceptives are not allowed. 14. COVID-19 approved vaccines (or vaccines with regulatory health authority's emergency use authorization / conditional marketing authorization) are accepted concomitant medications when recommended by the Investigator. Exceptions may apply should the Investigator and the Medical Monitor determine that the vaccine will interfere with the objectives of the study. Please refer to the protocol for complete list of inclusion criteria. |

Pazienti di sesso femminile di età >=18 anni al momento del consenso. 3. Diagnosi istologica confermata di carcinoma sieroso di alto grado (grado 3), ovarico epiteliale, peritoneale primario o delle tube di Falloppio (sono idonei l’endometroide di alto grado o il carcinosarcoma con componente tumorale epiteliale endometroide >=30%). 4. Le pazienti devono avere malattia resistente al platino (definita come in progressione secondo RECIST v1.1 <6 mesi dal completamento di una terapia contenente platino). 5. Devono acconsentire a fornire un blocchetto o vetrini di tessuto tumorale d’archivio. Le pazienti possono acconsentire a una biopsia tumorale facoltativa se il tessuto tumorale d’archivio non è disponibile. 6. Avere un’aspettativa di vita di >=3 mesi. 7. Almeno una lesione che soddisfi la definizione di malattia misurabile secondo i criteri RECIST v1.1 (le lesioni precedentemente irradiate non sono consentite come malattia misurabile a meno che non vi sia evidenza documentata di progressione nelle lesioni). 8. Stato di prestazione secondo il Gruppo cooperativo orientale di oncologia (ECOG) pari a 0 o 1. 9. Essere in grado di rispettare i requisiti del protocollo. 10. Essere in grado di deglutire e trattenere farmaci orali e non presentare emesi incontrollata. 11. Devono aver ricevuto almeno 1 ma <=3 linee di precedente terapia antitumorale sistemica. È necessaria almeno una precedente linea di terapia a base di platino ed è necessario un precedente trattamento con bevacizumab. 12. Avere una funzionalità d'organo adeguata che soddisfi i criteri dei test di laboratorio definiti dal protocollo 13. Test di gravidanza negativo per pazienti in età fertile. Le pazienti in età fertile devono accettare di utilizzare metodi contraccettivi altamente efficaci; i contraccettivi ormonali non sono consentiti. 14. I vaccini approvati per il COVID-19 (o i vaccini con autorizzazione all’uso di emergenza/autorizzazione all’immissione in commercio condizionata dell’autorità sanitaria regolatoria) sono farmaci concomitanti accettati quando raccomandati dallo sperimentatore. Qualora lo sperimentatore e il responsabile del monitoraggio medico stabiliscano che il vaccino interferirà con gli obiettivi dello studio, potrebbero essere applicate delle eccezioni. E.4 | Principal exclusion criteria |
1. Has clinically relevant toxicity from prior systemic anticancer therapies or radiotherapy that has not resolved to <=Grade 1 prior to randomization. 2. Has had any major surgery within 4 weeks prior to randomization. If patient received major surgery including (curative or palliative surgery), they must have recovered adequately from the toxicity and/or complications from the intervention prior to starting therapy. 3. Has low-grade endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous, or sarcomatous histology, or mixed tumors containing any of these histologies, or lowgrade or borderline ovarian tumor. 4. Has primary platinum-refractory disease, defined as disease that did not respond to or has progressed <=1 month of the last dose of first-line platinum-containing chemotherapy. 5. Have not received prior bevacizumab treatment. 6. Has been treated with the following prior to randomization: - Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, investigational agent etc. treatments for disease under study within 28 days before first dose of study drug. - Radiotherapy not completed at least 2 weeks prior to first dose of study drug. - Hormonal anticancer therapies within 7 days of first dose of study drug. - Systemic, inhaled, or prescription strength topical corticosteroids within 21 days of first dose of study drug. 7. Has received wide-field radiation to more than 25% of marrowbearing areas. 8. Has toxicities of prior therapies that have not resolved the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI-CTCAE) v5.0, <=Grade 1. 9. Requires treatment with chronic or frequently used oral corticosteroids for medical conditions or illnesses (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, immunosuppression after organ transplantation). 10. Has a history of severe hypersensitivity or severe reaction to any of the study drugs. 11. Is receiving concurrent treatment with mifepristone or other glucocorticoid receptor (GR) modulators. 12. Has peripheral neuropathy from any cause >Grade 1. 13. Pregnant or lactating patients or patients expecting to conceive children within the projected duration of the trial, starting with the screening visit through at least 1 month after the last dose of relacorilant or 6 months after the last dose of nab-paclitaxel whichever is the longest. 14. Has clinically significant uncontrolled condition(s) or condition which, in the opinion of the Investigator, may confound the results of the trial or interfere with the patient's safety or participation. 15. Has current chronic/active infection with Human immunodeficiency virus or current chronic/active infection with hepatitis C virus or hepatitis B virus, including patients with chronic or active hepatitis B as diagnosed by serologic tests are excluded from the study. In equivocal cases, hepatitis B or C polymerase chain reaction may be performed and must be negative for randomization. 16. Has any untreated or symptomatic central nervous system (CNS) metastases. 17. Patients with a history of other malignancy within 3 years prior to randomization. 18. Is taking a concomitant medication that is a strong cytochrome P450 (CYP)3A inhibitor or strong CYP3A inducer, or that is a substrate of CYP3A with a narrow therapeutic window. 19. Concurrent treatment on other investigational treatment studies for the treatment of ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. 20. Has received a live vaccine within 30 days of prior to the study start date. Please refer to the protocol for complete list of exclusion criteria. |
1. Manifestare tossicità clinicamente rilevante da precedenti terapie antitumorali sistemiche o radioterapia che non si è risolta a <= grado 1 prima della randomizzazione. 2. Aver subito qualsiasi intervento di chirurgia maggiore nelle 4 settimane precedenti la randomizzazione. Se la paziente è stata sottoposta a intervento di chirurgia maggiore (curativo o palliativo), deve essersi ripresa adeguatamente dalla tossicità e/o dalle complicanze dell’intervento prima di iniziare la terapia. 3. Presentare tumori endometrioidi, a cellule chiare, mucinosi o sarcomatosi di basso grado, tumori misti contenenti una qualsiasi di queste istologie o tumore ovarico di basso grado o borderline. 4. Avere malattia primaria refrattaria al platino, definita come malattia che non ha risposto o è progredita <=1 mese dall’ultima dose di chemioterapia di prima linea contenente platino. 5. Non aver ricevuto un precedente trattamento con bevacizumab. 6. Essere stata trattata con quanto segue prima della randomizzazione: ¿ Chemioterapia, immunoterapia, agente sperimentale, ecc. trattamenti per la malattia oggetto di studio nei 28 giorni precedenti la prima dose del farmaco dello studio. ¿ Radioterapia non completata almeno 2 settimane prima della prima dose del farmaco dello studio. ¿ Terapie antitumorali ormonali entro 7 giorni dalla prima dose del farmaco dello studio. ¿ Corticosteroidi sistemici, inalatori o con prescrizione per uso topico entro 21 giorni dalla prima dose del farmaco dello studio. 7. Aver ricevuto radiazioni a campo ampio in oltre il 25% delle aree che contengono midollo osseo. 8. Presentare tossicità da precedenti terapie che non si sono risolte secondo i Criteri terminologici comuni per gli eventi avversi del National Cancer Institute (NCI) v5.0, <= Grado 1. 9. Necessitare di trattamento con corticosteroidi orali cronici o frequentemente utilizzati per condizioni mediche o malattie (per es., artrite reumatoide, immunosoppressione dopo trapianto d’organo). Nota: sarà consentito un breve ciclo di steroidi per l’ipersensibilità. 10. Presentare un’anamnesi di ipersensibilità grave o reazione grave a uno qualsiasi dei farmaci dello studio. 11. In corso di trattamento concomitante con mifepristone o altri modulatori del recettore dei glucocorticoidi (GR). 12. Avere neuropatia periferica per qualsiasi causa > Grado 1. 13. Pazienti in stato di gravidanza o allattamento o pazienti che prevedono di concepire figli entro la durata prevista della sperimentazione, a partire dalla visita di screening fino ad almeno 1 mese dopo l’ultima dose di relacorilant o 6 mesi dopo l’ultima dose di nab-paclitaxel, a seconda di quale sia il periodo più lungo. 14. Presenza di una o più condizioni non controllate clinicamente significative che, a giudizio dello sperimentatore, potrebbero confondere i risultati della sperimentazione o interferire con la sicurezza o la partecipazione del paziente. 15. Le pazienti con attuale infezione cronica/attiva da virus dell’immunodeficienza umana o attuale infezione cronica/attiva da virus dell’epatite C o virus dell’epatite B, incluse le pazienti con epatite B cronica o attiva diagnosticata mediante test sierologici sono escluse dallo studio. Nei casi equivoci, può essere eseguita una reazione a catena della polimerasi dell’epatite B o C che deve essere negativa per la randomizzazione. 16. Avere qualsiasi metastasi non trattata o sintomatica del sistema nervoso centrale (SNC). 17. Pazienti con anamnesi di altra neoplasia maligna nei 3 anni precedenti la randomizzazione Nota: non include tumori con un rischio trascurabile di metastasi o decesso (per es., carcinoma basocellulare adeguatamente controllato o carcinoma squamocellulare della pelle, oppure carcinoma in situ della cervice uterina o della mammella). 18. Stare assumendo un farmaco concomitante che è un forte inibitore del citocromo P450 (CYP)3A o un forte induttore del CYP3A o che è un substrato del CYP3A con una finestra terapeutica ristretta. 19. Trattamento concomitante in altri studi di trattamento sperimentale per il trattamento del tumore ovarico, delle tube di Falloppio o peritoneale primario. 20.
